The Perfect Getaway

Fourfathers resort is a private lodge nestled in the heart of Arrowhead Villas—the oldest community on the mountain. A leisurely, winding ride from the lodge, leads to the ever-charming Arrowhead Village with quaint shops, restaurants, an outlet center, post office and full service supermarket. Another short drive away is Blue Jay village with additional shops, a movie theatre, a gas station, an upscale market and even more restaurants.

The entire mountain provides a welcome respite from the cares of the city, with nature trails, and ski resorts only minutes away from the lodge, including the world famous Snow Valley. Approximately 45 minutes drive further up the mountain is Big Bear Lake with additional shops, restaurants and skiing. Meanwhile, Fourfathers Resort provides a perfect hideaway for the more sedentary with satellite TV, Wi-Fi access and jacuzzi.

Following a substantial renovation, the lodge has new floors, windows, furnishings, and a large kitchen with modern appliances.

While Lake Arrowhead is a beautiful vacation spot, the weather can be extreme at times with a dense fog impeding normal driving conditions. We recommend checking the current road conditions before heading up the mountain. And during snow conditions, be sure to carry chains—the friendly Highway Patrol will send you back down the mountain to buy some, if necessary!
